Primary Endpoint: Reduction in total administrative hours worked per week by participating physicians, comparing baseline (pre-implementation) and follow-up (postimplementation) periods.

Secondary Endpoint: Physician-reported satisfaction with documentation workload

Study Design: Type - Prospective, observational, before-and-after pilot study

Duration - 8 weeks total (2-week baseline, 4-week implementation and adaptation period, 2-week postimplementation measurement)
